Athlete Lifestyle Camp

Join us for this 3 week (mon-fri) Athlete Lifestyle Camp and create healthy habits over this 21 days and learn how top athletes train, eat, and think so you can do it too! June 5-30 (weekdays only). 9am-1pm. Ages 10-17.

Strength & Conditioning

Join us 3 days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri) from June 12-Aug. 18 to get bigger, stronger, and faster! There are 2 time slots to choose from: 6-7am or 7:30-8:30am. $200/all 10 weeks, $25/week, or $10/workout. Ages 7-17.

Wrestling Mindset Unit 1

Learn the hot new Wrestling Mindset system with Mat Psycho’s Certified Wrestling Mindset Coach! Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday June 5-28 (June 5, 7, 8, 12, 14, 15, 19, 21, 22, 26, 28) 3:30-4:30pm. $50/wrestler. Ages 7-17.

Leg Attack Camp

Focus in on your shots and how to finish them over this 3 day camp. June 7, 8, 9. 1-4pm. $100/wrestler. Ages 7-14.

Top Riding &Tilts

Learn to break your opponent from top and tilt them to score over this 3 day top riding camp. June 12, 13, 14. 1-4pm. $100/wrestler. Ages 7-14.

Bottom Wrestling Camp

Focus in on how to escape/get on top in this 3 day get away camp. June 28, 29, 30. 1-4pm. $100/wrestler. Ages 7-14.

Throws Camp

Learn how to make ‘em fly for 5! Mat Psycho will teach you various 5 point throws and how to transfer them to your folkstyle game. June 20, 21, 22. 1-4pm. $100/wrestler. Ages 7-14.
